Anycubic Photon is a desktop resin 3D printer from the Chinese manufacturer Anycubic. It utilizes LCD shadow masking technology (sometimes listed as DLP) to cure resins with a UV-LED light source. The machine is equipped with a colorful display that allows previewing 3D models from an SD card before printing.

Is the Anycubic wash and cure machine worth it? ›

Honestly, I'm glad I did. This thing makes washing and curing so easy it's worth the price. I set it up on my workstation with a silicone mat and some paper towels and I was in business. All I have to do is throw my build plate into the AnyCubic and the machine washes both my print AND my build plate (bonus).

If you use the resin provided by Anycubic, the exposure time is generally set at 2-3 seconds. For variations in light transmission caused by different coloured resins, Anycubic has adjusted the formula ratio of the resin, so that the exposure time of different colors of the same type of resin is close to the same.
