Denise is wonderful. I drive past our local GC in Naples and drive 40+ miles to have Denise take care of me and my family like she has for at least a decade. Thanks again, Denise!
Nice store with a large selection. If you prefer to NOT be approached by any salespeople during your visit, this is the place for you. Also I found no ESP guitars which was disappointing. Overall if you know what you want and just want to go in and get it, go to Guitar Center.
Got an XLR mic for better audio quality then learned it doesn’t work/connect like USB mic, lol. Ended up at Guitar Center and the staff was awesome and helped me get my starter audio set up. Plus, I now know what DAW software is 😎

Knowledgeable people work there, plus there are always musicians that are there that can assist as well. Pricing is fair and the selection of new and used instruments and amplifiers is quite impressive. The store is in a great location and easy to get to as well as ample free parking close to the store
Absolutely phenomenal service. I had an issue with my interface and this wasn’t even an issue that guitar center had to deal with but they happily assisted me from start to finish. Carlos, thank you again for your patience and time. I would 10/10 recommend you guys to anyone with the musical needs.
